Name: Skyseer Age: 28 Moons Gender: Tom Clan: NightClan Rank: Medicine Cat?
Personality: Skyseer, knowing he has responsibilities, hasn't got much time for fun, but he enjoys spending time with apprentices. He's not too much older than them, and even though he feels... older somehow, since his medicine apprenticeship, Skyseer loves to talk with the apprentices and young warriors about what they do. Even though he is older than them, you wouldn't think it the way he speaks to them. He loves everything about being a medicine cat; healing, herbs, and especially talking with EclipseClan. It takes a lot to wind him up, but mention EclipseClan or his Clan in any way other than respectful, and he'll have your hide. He dislikes anyone who is disrespectful of NightClan or EclipseClan. Oh, and collecting honey. If there's one thing he dislikes, it can also be named as bee-stings. A cheerful, yet quiet personality, Skyseer enjoys what he does and takes great care with every aspect of his poultices and remedies. Though still quite a young medicine cat, he has an intelligent head on his shoulders, and he is serious about what he does. He would love an apprentice to teach, one that loves the herbs and the duties as much as he does, because that would be as near as he could get to a mate or a kit of his own. He is trustworthy, and is an excellent confidant, for the only cats he shares these with is EclipseClan; and not even them sometimes. His Clan is always equal to EclipseClan with his loyalties, and NightClan comes first in times of crisis; but Skyseer is still a firm believer that EclipseClan can help, no matter how little they achieve.
Description: Skyseer has eyes of solid, sky blue that seem to see through everything you've ever done; right into your very heart, yet he never seems to judge anycat by this. His pelt is of a silvery colour; but that is only the tips of his fur. Beneath that, he is a grey-blue, so that when he moves it seems like he is flowing instead of moving. This also helps to guise his limp, as his paw was broken as an apprentice and was never treated correctly. He's is a rather large medicine cat, and his muscles have been kept in good condition despite his twisted right paw. He has great trouble with any form of swiping, but he has developed his own style, which may serve him well in battles to come. His tail is short, and a single white patch at the tip is in the shape of a crescent moon. The same shape is also on the backs of his ears, which is useful if you ever needed to follow him at night. His face is wise, with a long muzzle and medium sized ears. His nose is black and is very sensitive. Skyseer believes this was given to him by EclipseClan to make up for everything else that went wrong with him, and his brother.
History: In the nursery, Weavekit was always frail. Skyseer and Palepelt did their best, and Ambertouch did what he could, but when the time came for their apprenticeships, he began to worsen dramatically. The little white kit knew he was dying from the beginning; it was just a little longer to wait, and it was his brother's impending doom that perhaps made Skykit just a little too mature for his age. Weavekit caught white-cough on the first full-moon of leaf-bare, their set date for apprenticeship. Weavekit meowed to Skykit just as he was about to leave the den, his brother, mother, and the medicine cat. "Sky?" he called, in his high, wavering voice. Skykit turned, tears in his eyes. The two shared a moment, and Skykit knew his brother wouldn't make it. The feeling was stronger than ever before, even though Weavekit had laughingly shared his doubts with his brother about making it to apprentice-hood. It was even more powerful than ever, and the feeling made something break inside the little white kit. He tore over and threw himself onto his brother, ashen-silver on snow-white. "Don't leave me, Weavekit," he whispered, fighting tears. The pale, pale blue eyes, shining with tears, stared into his own. "Be a warrior for both of us, Sky?" Weavekit mewed into his brother's ear. With the kit's gentle words, Skykit came back to himself. "Swear it," he mewed, with such conviction that Palepelt, who was trying to give them privacy from a corner, looked up with worry in her blue eyes. Weavekit smiled weakly at his brother. "See you," he mewed, and closed his eyes gently. Skykit left the nursery with a heavy heart, knowing even as his did that when he returned, his brother would be hunting with StarClan.
His mentor, Emberfoot, turned out to be good at what he did, and Skypaw was determined to train enough to make up for his missing brother. Whenever the going got tough, he felt as if his brother was there, helping him on. Then one day towards the end of leaf-bare, Emberfoot took him to a place where two-legs had lit a fire, just to let him get a whiff of them. Skypaw, wrinkling his nose at the scent, padded out a place where some homeless Twolegs had had their own fire, and not seeing the smoke coming from under the leaves, he stepped into the embers. His pelt was singed, but that was nothing to his paw, which had bent out of shape, and had also been burned. The medicine cat had treated him with poppy seed, but hadn't noticed that it wasn't a sprain, but a break. Sending Skypaw back to his mentor after one night of treatment only made the pain worse, and his training rapidly went downhill. Skypaw began to feel his brother come along more and more often, feeling his brother's worry for him. When the medicine cat realized what he'd done wrong, he took Skypaw back immediately, but by then it was too late to help him. His paw grew out of shape, and his claws could never be unsheathed. The foolish medicine cat had said this was probably a good thing, as he couldn't hurt himself on the twisted paw, but he could never use that paw again. The then-WindClan leader had said, with sorrow in his eyes that Skypaw would have to stop his training and stay in the camp. Skypaw accepted this bravely, though he was inwardly sobbing his heart out. Warrior-hood had been his life, like any apprentice's, and he was miserable that it had to be taken away from him now. Doubly so, in fact, as he had sworn to his brother that he would become a warrior. He was sure that he would remain Skypaw all his life, while other cats became Stormpelt or Thornclaw. Then one day, the medicine cat had a sudden idea. He begged the leader to let him take on Skypaw as an apprentice. The story is obvious from here; Skypaw becomes the medicine cat's apprentice, he learns to love his place and never looks back on his warrior dreams. What did Weavekit think of all this? At Skyseer's naming ceremony, he made this only too clear. 'Good choice, Sky,' He meowed, with a smile on his face. 'Let's hope you don't have to come and see me for many moons!'
RP Example:
The water dripped into the apprentice's mouth. Drip. Drip. Drip. The moonlight caught each drop as it fell, and turned it to white marble. Skyseer, holding the moss between his teeth, fervently hoped to EclipseClan that his newest addition to the sick bay would wake soon. He'd been out for a whole day, and the swelling on his head, though receding, was still prominent. 'Come on, Jaypaw,' he willed silently. 'Snap out of it. Your mentor's worried. Your leader's worried. I'm worried. And believe me, your mother is worried. The rich scent of lavender eddied around him, caught on the cool night breeze. Skyseer had been sitting up with the apprentice ever since he'd fallen from a tree and come to the ground with a smack. He'd sat over the apprentice for all of the day, and half the night. His jaws ached from chewing the herbs; his nose stung from the mouse-bile some cheeky kit had slipped into the mix once, and if Jaypaw would just wake up, he could consider it a success. It still felt strange, healing his clan-mates. The younger ones were alright, but the older warriors, like Stonefright who was ready to become an elder, made him nervous. He couldn't help asking them if they would do this, do that, with a nervous apprentice's hopeful questioning voice. Skyseer kneaded the ground with his silver-blue paws, shining in the moonlight. "Jaypaw?" He mewed softly, in his quiet, sweet tone. "Jaypaw? Can you hear me?" The apprentice...didn't move. Skyseer sighed. He knew the apprentice was alright now; he'd been tossing gently for the best part of the night, as if struggling with bad dreams. Now that he was still, he was trying to seem sick. Classic Jaypaw, always the joker. He gave a light chuckle. The sweet-smelling poultice on the apprentice's head gave him a comical, lopsided look in the moonlight of the den. "Come on Jaypaw, I know you're awake." Jaypaw stirred at last, his eyes batting as they opened. "Let's get you into the sick bay," he mewed to the apprentice. Letting him use his silver-blue flank as a crutch, Skyseer slowly led the dazed Jaypaw further into the den. Now, at last, he could sleep.

That's very good! It's one of the best if not the best bio I've seen on WCOTF! I'm looking forward to role-playing with you when you make a cat in SunClan!
